• Allowing anyone under the age of 21 to use an account.
• Using a VPN or proxy to access the platform from a region where access is not permitted.

Closure by 77q7

77q7 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• A breach of the Terms has occurred.
• False information has been provided.
• Fraud or manipulation is suspected.
• Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw all valid balances before the account is closed.

Forfeiture

If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, any bonus funds and winnings earned from bonuses may be forfeited. Whether the original deposit amount is returned will depend on the circumstances.
